Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
  • •Serve as Project Manager for multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • •Develop project execution plans, work plans, schedules, and staffing forecasts; monitor financial performance and profitability.
  • •Develop and implement utility asset management programs, including asset inventories, condition assessments, criticality analyses, and risk-based prioritization studies.
  • •Maintain client relationships, support proposal development and strategic capture, and mentor junior and mid-level technical staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure and utility asset management.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and leading conveyance system planning, assessment, and rehabilitation.
  • •Experience managing project financials, including project budgets and client relationships.
  • •Experience developing and implementing utility asset management programs, including capital improvement planning and decision-support initiatives.
