Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, Financial Insights ordering, and onboarding deposit/Treasury accounts.
  • •Support sales process and portfolio growth by recognizing and acting on referral opportunities; partner with Relationship Managers and IRM partners on client needs.
  • •Deliver superior client service by owning client needs, problems, and requests through timely and accurate resolution.
  • •Assist with servicing commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including account opening, report pulling, payment processing, fraud resolution support, and wire processing.
  • •Provide loan support for information delivery, compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML, documentation exception research, and support problem loan management and collections.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and related training.
  • •Five years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
  • •Two years of experience in a CCS role (or similar).
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • •Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes, with strong communication and organizational skills.
