Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform structural analysis of aircraft components, assemblies, and systems as an integrated team member.
  • •Conduct static, fatigue, damage-tolerance, and vibration analyses, including load calculations.
  • •Evaluate structural integrity using classical hand calculations and finite element method.
  • •Generate documentation to report analysis and test results supporting certification/qualification.
  • •Support gated reviews and apply FAA and Mil-Spec regulatory frameworks to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology/Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
  • •Experience in structural analysis of airframe structures, including metallic and composite structures.
  • •Experience with static and fatigue analysis, including calculation of loads and related engineering work.
  • •Ability to develop analysis approaches to qualify/certify parts under minimal guidance, using classical hand calculations and finite element methods.
  • •Strong communication skills (written/verbal), English fluency, and ability to prepare comprehensive reports using MS Office; experience working cross-functionally across products and locations.
