Key Responsibilities

  • •Run hearing tests, evaluate patient needs, and help choose the best solution for each customer.
  • •Adjust and fit hearing aids and any technical equipment according to patient requirements.
  • •Deliver high-quality service across the entire rehabilitation process.
  • •Ensure all processes and tasks follow AudioNova and authorities’ standards and guidelines.
  • •Actively participate in actions proposed by the Regional Sales Manager or headquarters, such as process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a licensed audiologist (Leg. Audionom) and have Swedish authorization via completed Audionom education.
  • •Perform hearing tests, assess individual needs, and select the best solution for each patient.
  • •Adapt and fit hearing aids and any relevant technical equipment based on patient needs.
  • •Communicate clearly with patients in Swedish and English, and deliver professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • •Be comfortable with IT and Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and hold a B driving license.
