Job Summary

Provide professional hearing care throughout the rehabilitation process by performing hearing tests, assessing patient needs, and fitting hearing aids and other technical assistive devices. Deliver high service during each step, adapt devices to individual requirements, and ensure work follows AudioNova and regulatory standards. Communicate clearly with patients, work structured and independently, and support continuous improvements in line with goals and Sonova values.

Key Responsibilities

•Run hearing tests, evaluate patient needs, and help choose the best solution for each customer.
•Adjust and fit hearing aids and any technical equipment according to patient requirements.
•Deliver high-quality service across the entire rehabilitation process.
•Ensure all processes and tasks follow AudioNova and authorities’ standards and guidelines.
•Actively participate in actions proposed by the Regional Sales Manager or headquarters, such as process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Must be a licensed audiologist (Leg. Audionom) and have Swedish authorization via completed Audionom education.
•Perform hearing tests, assess individual needs, and select the best solution for each patient.
•Adapt and fit hearing aids and any relevant technical equipment based on patient needs.
•Communicate clearly with patients in Swedish and English, and deliver professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation process.
•Be comfortable with IT and Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and hold a B driving license.
