Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned with ASML’s change management framework.
  • •Select and apply change management tools independently and interpret results to support decision-making.
  • •Identify improvements and opportunities within change management and develop new tools where needed.
  • •Advise on measures to mitigate people impact and adoption risks.
  • •Lead smaller independent projects (e.g., implementing a new tool at a single location) and deliver training sessions within your area of expertise.

  • •Experience leading change projects and applying change tools.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
