Key Responsibilities

  • •Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • •Review monthly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, providing commentary on key variances to budget/forecast.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide support to Chalhoub Group’s Accountants on forecasts and variances.
  • •Gather, consolidate, compile, and update budgets and budget trackers; communicate updates, assumptions, and timelines.
  • •Support board meetings/3YP preparation, year-end audit activities, and indirect tax calculations/returns across allocated geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar commercial finance role.
  • •Solid FP&A experience across budgeting, reporting, tax calculations, invoice booking, and payment processing.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • •Preferably experience with SAP.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and a proactive, hands-on approach.
