Job Summary

Serve as a key member of the Pizza Hut Global Legal Department, advising on global privacy, regulatory, and data governance risks. Create and revise enterprise-wide privacy processes to support compliance with EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and Quebec’s Law 25. Partner with IT, marketing, digital, security, and other teams to support privacy reviews for digital platforms, apps, loyalty, and marketing technology while monitoring regulatory developments and advising on legal risk.

•Provide legal guidance on global privacy and data protection requirements, including compliance with EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and Quebec’s Law 25.
•Advise on privacy program development, including implementing policies and procedures.
•Partner with IT, marketing, digital, and security teams on data governance, cybersecurity matters, and AI.
•Support privacy reviews for digital platforms, mobile apps, loyalty programs, and marketing technology.
•Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on evolving privacy risks, including evaluating legal risks related to customer accounts and data retention/deletion; support privacy-related litigation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,200 - 147,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
•Active bar membership in good standing.
•3-5+ years of legal experience (law firm or relevant in-house).
•3-5+ years supporting corporate privacy functions.
•In-depth knowledge of privacy and data protection frameworks, including GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25, and CCPA.
