Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by leading, coaching, and managing teammates to drive performance.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business development and new client strategies, including in-person appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Promote Truist’s brand and instill Purpose, Mission, and Values in the team through community and civic engagement.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete required training.
