•Incentive Strategy & Governance: Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across diverse markets with local adaptations, ensuring alignment with logistics KPIs and rider satisfaction.
•Financial Impact & Cost Efficiency: Continuously evaluate financial impact of payment models and monitor cost-per-order trends to balance profitability with rider supply and fleet retention.
•Data Analysis & Insights: Dive into large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies, translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
•Rollout of Models & Automation: Drive regional implementation of advanced data science models and automated tools for rider payments and operational efficiency.
•Product Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Central Product to influence payment-related features, translate requirements, test, and ensure adoption; manage relationships with operations, finance, and market teams.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking; gig-economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics experience is a strong plus.
•University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker.
•Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken; comfortable challenging the status quo and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
•Ability to analyze large datasets, build robust models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
