Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking offerings, deliver a consistent client experience, and open accounts or complete service requests. Partner with branch teams to support operational excellence and accuracy while using digital-first self-service tools.
