  • •Drive AI measurement and evaluation frameworks to measure real value delivered by AI tools and agents.
  • •Optimize AI effectiveness and context retrieval pipelines to reduce unit costs and improve accuracy and reliability.
  • •Build and operate scalable, resilient, cost-efficient compute and runtime infrastructure for agentic workflows and developer tooling.
  • •Serve as the engineering voice in planning, capacity allocation, and long-term technical roadmaps while partnering cross-functionally to productize capabilities.

Salary: USD 174,051 - 273,775 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
  • •2+ years of experience managing engineering managers or leading teams of senior/principal engineers.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong foundational background in distributed systems and developer platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), or developer tooling.
  • •Experience with applied AI/ML systems including LLMs/AI agents, MCP tooling, RAG, or AI evaluation frameworks.
