Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organise, and coordinate operational activities to optimize efficiencies and productivity.
  • •Delegate responsibilities and control subordinate staff and GHA/third-party contractors as appropriate.
  • •Monitor and oversee GHA service against EK standards, addressing shortcomings promptly.
  • •Resolve operational issues such as delays, disruptions, cargo mishandling, and transfer cargo to minimize off-loadings and maximize space utilization.
  • •Review and compile cargo documentation and ensure accurate post-flight activities, including station file completion and follow-up actions for irregularities.

Salary: USD 60,900 - 87,000

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and currently holds/has previously held a DG certificate.
  • •Knowledge of Weight & Balance procedures and Live Animal Regulations.
  • •PC-based skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail.
  • •Analytical and numeracy skills.
  • •Fluency in English and the language of the country you are working is essential.
