Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
•Build scalable applications to digitize operational processes and eliminate manual work.
•Develop workflows and automations to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
•Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., AI Builder, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Machine Learning models) and develop intelligent automations for value use cases.
•Design system integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, SAP, APIs, Smartsheet) and transform data to support reporting and analytics, partnering with Operations/CI/functional teams to capture requirements and value cases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
•3–5 years of experience in solution development, automation, or digital transformation roles.
•Advanced expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate (cloud flows, RPA).
•Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
•Strong skills in API integrations/connectors and data transformation/analysis (Excel, Power Query, SQL preferred), plus experience with AI tools/capabilities.
