Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and owners, handling requests and complaints and resolving issues promptly with attention to detail.
  • •Direct and supervise front-of-house staff and outsourced contractors/vendors, including shift rostering, daily task delegation, and performance monitoring.
  • •Perform regular inspections of common areas, amenities, and vacant residences to maintain high-quality standards.
  • •Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor contracts with internal engineering and external vendors.
  • •Manage operating budgets and property records (resident records, lease agreements, inventory logs, incident reports) and ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local government regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • •3 to 5+ years of experience as a Director of Rooms/EAM or similar role in luxury hospitality.
  • •Experience in luxury residences is required.
  • •Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • •Proficiency with hospitality operational tools and solid understanding of financial planning, inventory control, and vendor management.
