Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide post-sales engineering implementation services including requirement definitions and end-to-end system designs, equipment staging, configuration creation and testing, and deployment of software/hardware network solutions across geography
  • •Assess solution specifications against changing customer requirements and recommend changes that optimize value for client and Black Box
  • •Prepare documentation detailing system designs and configurations for internal and external clients
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure stable, quality product and service delivery aligned with objectives and SLAs
  • •Provide technical overview of product architecture, functionality, and integration with enterprise applications

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent applicable experience
  • •Minimum of 3 years of WLAN engineering deployment experience
  • •Broad networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and telecommunication access methods; cloud and virtualization technologies preferred
  • •Experience with predictive and passive wireless surveys using Ekahau, Air Magnet, Hamina
  • •Experience configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks from multiple manufacturers (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Aruba, Extreme, Ruckus) and knowledge of private 5G/LTE CBRS (Celona, Nokia)
