Job Summary

Lead and scale a team of Legal Engineer–Product Specialists in Harvey’s post-sales motion, driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across the global base. Oversee customer engagement strategy (implementation, onboarding, and enablement), act as a senior escalation point for key accounts, and build scalable playbooks, training, and workshop delivery. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Applied Legal Research to turn customer insights into product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer–Product Specialists by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching through complex customer situations.
•Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion by owning impact on outcomes (adoption, utilization, renewals, expansion) and coordinating account strategies with Customer Success and Sales.
•Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding, and ongoing enablement, including workshops, trainings, and hands-on agent building sessions.
•Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts by engaging directly with strategic customers and unblocking adoption challenges.
•Own team operations and performance management by managing capacity and coverage and establishing metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and customer health.

Key Requirements

•Australian practising certificate (or equivalent common-law qualification) with 7+ years PQE at a top-tier firm or in-house legal environment.
•Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
•Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise.
•Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions.
