Job Summary

Implement and support SAP Service Parts Planning (SAP APO-SPP and/or S/4HANA eSPP), configuring forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment for complex, low-volume part demand patterns. Drive system configuration and design, manage deployment across distribution centers, and ensure integrations with SAP SD, MM, and EWM. Participate in end-to-end implementation work including testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support, with flexible shift availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA eSPP to handle complex demand patterns, forecasting, inventory balancing, and replenishment.
•Analyze historical demand data and use predictive algorithms/machine learning to forecast demand for low-volume or sporadic parts.
•Configure inventory optimization decisions, including safety stock and EOQ using multi-echelon inventory optimization.
•Manage parts supply planning across distribution centers, including planning purchase requisitions and stock transfers.
•Support end-to-end implementation activities, including testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support, and ensure integration across SPP, SAP SD, SAP MM, and EWM.

Key Requirements

•7+ years implementing and supporting SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA extended Service Parts Planning.
•Strong knowledge of aftermarket supply chain, spare parts distribution networks, and BOM management.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or SCM systems.
•Experience analyzing historical demand data and configuring forecasting for low-volume or sporadic parts.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal/written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.
