Job Summary

Drive revenue-first decisioning for the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team by partnering with Commercial Sales West Region and Finance. Own pricing and promotional governance: consolidate calendars, define best practices, monitor compliance and shelf pricing using dashboards (including Power BI), and build financial models to identify optimization opportunities. Lead tool and process adoption across Sales and Finance to translate complex (sometimes incomplete) data into actionable recommendations that support sustainable top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead initiatives to identify and execute pricing and investment optimization opportunities to maximize value growth and margin.
•Maintain and leverage promotional calendars, ROI calculators, and KPI trackers to improve promotional effectiveness and trade spend ROI.
•Consolidate state and division pricing and promotional calendars into a national view; monitor compliance and track shelf pricing using automated dashboards (including Power BI).
•Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams (including National Commercial RGM) to align pricing execution with commercial priorities and innovation launches.
•Drive adoption of RGM tools and processes across Sales and Finance teams, champion best practice sharing, and deliver data-driven recommendations from complex datasets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 173,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
•7–9 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role in beverage alcohol, CPG, or similar industry.
•Build financial models and analyze large datasets from internal and syndicated sources (e.g., Nielsen, NABCA, IRI, Numerator).
•Familiarity with pricing tools (e.g., Vistaar PSM) and ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
•Advanced Excel skills plus experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) and strong data visualization/storytelling.
