Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted architectural advisor for enterprise customers, guiding strategic design, validation, and deployment of VCF solutions on vSphere infrastructure platforms.
  • •Design and integrate end-to-end data center networking fabrics, aligning physical underlay networks (e.g., Cisco ACI) with software-defined overlay architectures (VMware NSX).
  • •Deliver Kubernetes networking solution architectures, including IPAM, container-native egress/ingress traffic, and cloud-native microservices routing.
  • •Architect high-availability application delivery networks using AVI, NSX Load Balancers, F5 BIG-IP, and Citrix Netscaler in multi-tenant private cloud environments.
  • •Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concepts; create reusable reference architectures and deployment patterns for VCF enterprise infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in engineering or consulting with depth in enterprise IT architecture, data center SDN, or private cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • •Strong VMware Cloud Foundation core infrastructure experience, including advanced vSphere deployment, vSAN architectures, and automated SDDC Manager operations.
  • •Deep networking fabrics expertise, especially Cisco ACI (APIC, EPGs, contracts) and VMware NSX software-defined infrastructure.
  • •Proven Kubernetes networking solutions experience, including Kubernetes-native networking constructs, ingress/egress controls, and CNI multi-tenancy.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics (or equivalent data center experience) and desirable certifications (e.g., VCP-VCF Architect/VCAP-NV, CCIE/CCNP Data Center).
