Process vendor invoices end to end, including purchase orders, receiving documentation, and coding to the correct general ledger and cost centers. Key Responsibilities

•Collect, review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
•Create purchase orders, collect receiving documentation, and code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
•Review and process employee expense reimbursements and manage school credit cards, including reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
•Collect student data, generate bills to LEAs across North Carolina, track payments, and support collection of unpaid balances.
•In conjunction with HR support, assist with payroll processing items (new hires, terminations, stipends/bonuses, benefits withholdings) and support month-end accounting activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.56 - 26.08 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience (or similar related experience).
•Process invoices with accuracy, proper approvals, and according to payment terms.
•Ability to clear a required background check.
•Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and basic computer literacy.
•High school diploma required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
