•Partner with TRS operations leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and special projects as the TRS business scales across product lines.
•Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition and solution to implementation, with full accountability for outcomes.
•Support and coordinate processes, strategy, projects, and execution plans across multiple stakeholders and complex initiatives.
•Project manage across many stakeholders, including leading meetings and driving alignment through ongoing coordination.
•Build and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans using insights from business systems and analytics tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
