Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning for assigned functions.
  • •Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Deliver variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • •Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience.
  • •Accounting major (B.Com) plus CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably.
  • •Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and strong written and oral communication.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other reporting tools.
  • •Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS) and experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred.
