Senior Security Consultant

Serve as the security point of contact for customers, ensuring the integration and ongoing support of Akamai solutions. Partner with internal teams to review integration efficiency, service quality, and customer engagement. Identify service enhancements and potential issues to improve customer service delivery, and communicate across internal and external customers and partners. Work within the Professional Services team supporting web, media, enterprise, and security products.
