Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business problems before proposing project solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality, scalable, and performant solutions.
  • •Drive technical discussions with cross-team leaders to align CS product strategies across regions.
  • •Tackle complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks during project execution.
  • •Write high-quality code and design documents that set engineering standards for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of software development experience.
  • •Proficiency in at least one major backend language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python).
  • •Experience with architectural patterns of large‑scale web applications (APIs, data pipelines, algorithms).
  • •Experience delivering end-to-end products in a global, collaborative environment.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
