Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions with responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and delivery targets and quality standards are achieved.
  • •Advise at the strategic project conception stage and establish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance).
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, and establish project governance processes, systems, and detailed plans.
  • •Manage change control, project finances, performance using KPI’s, and ensure information flow to the client via meetings and written communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
  • •Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential).
  • •Ability to lead end-to-end service delivery and ensure projects meet time and cost targets.
  • •Experience establishing project success criteria across time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • •Experience managing governance processes and producing formal progress and other reports.
