Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data for equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
  • •Track KPIs (processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, compliance metrics) and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for site leadership and QA.
  • •Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; develop corrective actions to improve compliance and efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Validate property records, documentation, and condition codes; ensure compliance with Army regulations and contract standards while reconciling discrepancies.
  • •Analyze transportation and logistics data to support equipment movement planning, verify compliance with DTR and transportation policies, and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance with audits and nonconformance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred); equivalent military logistics experience accepted.
  • •3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
  • •Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility (favorable background check and drug testing required).
