Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage deployment timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module implementations focused on Qventus Periop.
•Provide technical project leadership across the deployment lifecycle from kickoff to go-live by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies, and ensuring deliverables.
•Collaborate with internal specialists (Data Integration, Clinical Operations, Product) and external client teams to identify and implement solutions delivering value.
•Use perioperative functional expertise to create and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and surgeons around workflows and tool adoption.
•Identify and mitigate risks, advise delivery leaders on project opportunities/risks, and drive issue resolution while creating structured process improvement approaches.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of project/program management experience supporting enterprise-wide SaaS implementations, including business requirements and technical capabilities.
•5 years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
•At least 5 years working cross-functionally (internally and externally) to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and drive project milestones to completion.
•Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions; ability to engage strategically and operationally with hospital leaders and surgeons.
•Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using a variety of tools (including Data validation dashboards, Excel functions, and interpreting JAVA/SQL code).
