Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time information across makes and models.
  • •Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment and tools, under supervision of higher-tier technicians and with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hand and power tools, plus schematics and diagrams.
