Key Responsibilities

  • •As a member of a team, perform turbine engine, engine module, or component maintenance in accordance with work instructions and approved technical data
  • •Assemble/disassemble and test jet engines using common hand tools and a variety of tooling and fixtures
  • •Ensure assembly/disassembly phases comply with required self-inspection or peer inspection of critical processes to meet quality standards
  • •Monitor and ensure processes meet Safety, Quality and Delivery objectives
  • •Perform test operations and assist with setup and operation of test facilities and special test equipment

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • •1+ years’ experience in an aviation mechanic role or appropriate technical training (ASE certification or military mechanic equivalent)
  • •Basic understanding of DAT – Disassembly, Assembly, Test
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorized access under the program/contract
