  • •Manage administrative and contractual functions, including design-builder agreement adherence, contract performance monitoring, payment requisition review, and schedule/budget projections.
  • •Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation; review design-builder change orders and produce accurate financial reports.
  • •Conduct regular site visits and inspections across NYC boroughs to monitor progress, ensure quality compliance, and enforce a culture of safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 10 years of experience on construction projects of varying complexity, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Experience serving as a Consultant (Owner’s Representative) and/or Contractor (Project Manager or greater role).
  • •Experience interfacing with NYC agencies with jurisdiction.
  • •Track record leading large-scale high-rise construction projects using traditional and design-build delivery methods.
  • •Proficiency with construction management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
