Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and install solar modules/panels/support structures per the project plan.
  • •Ensure clean and orderly job sites, including project clean up for the client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations; provide leadership and technical support, and act as foreperson when assigned forepersons are absent.

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, be 21 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, work independently and as a team player, and troubleshoot problems logically.
