Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical solutions to complete civil grading, site remediation, and solid waste management designs.
•Prepare documentation for design projects: technical letters, memorandums, reports, drawings, and detailed design packages.
•Use project controls to manage scope, schedule, and cost; contribute to proposal writing and project planning.
•Coordinate with drafting teams and supervise modelling of civil designs while reviewing and taking professional responsibility for grading designs.
•Collaborate with junior and intermediate staff and coordinate cross‑business line communication and management.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of related project management experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental or related engineering discipline
•Registered Professional Engineer with APEGA and/or NAPEG
•Valid driver’s license
•Travel will likely be required in Canada
