Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deploy ECIS initiatives across the 4 sites of the GONet operation, including EBS strategy deployment and cost-out programs.
  • •Support site OpA and run ECIS assessments, calibrations, and timely implementation of key actions.
  • •Improve Hi5 metrics by executing RIE/BPI/Six Sigma project plans and leading/facilitating EBS Pull and BPI projects.
  • •Run IDB events to build the cost-out project pipeline and deliver plant labor productivity/cost-out targets, ensuring CAPEX availability.
  • •Implement EMEA CI standard processes (e.g., 5S, standardized work, VSM, daily accountability, Gemba walks), mentor CI talent/candidates, and conduct ECIS training to grow on-site capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering) or equivalent engineering/science background.
  • •More than 5 years of relevant process improvement experience using Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
  • •Expert knowledge of Lean production systems and Six Sigma, delivering successful projects in an operational environment.
  • •Multiple years of experience as a leader of people.
  • •Fluency in German (very good) and good English, plus experience with project management and change management.
