Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the global PDM technology roadmap, including priorities, sequencing, dependencies, benefits, and decision points aligned to Automation and AI strategy.
  • •Define global standards, guardrails, and principles for PDM platforms, automation, analytics, AI, and knowledge-management capability.
  • •Integrate regional requirements, delivery learnings, and emerging technology opportunities into roadmap priorities and future capability decisions.
  • •Assess proposed technology changes against global standards, Data Governance and Change Board requirements, and support aligned regional deployment processes.
  • •Manage the strategic interface with InEight and other key vendors, translating PDM future-state needs into product-roadmap inputs and evaluating vendor direction against enterprise architecture and regional needs.

  • •Solid understanding of AI, automation, data platforms, and digital solutions, including identifying and prioritizing value-creating opportunities.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice on technology priorities, investments, risks, and governance.
  • •Experience establishing technology strategies, standards, and operating models aligned with enterprise frameworks and global priorities.
  • •French and English proficiency (oral and written) to collaborate daily with colleagues, teams, or partners outside Quebec.
