•Perform hearing measurements, evaluate each customer’s needs, and support selection of the best solution.
•Adapt and fit hearing aids and any technical equipment based on customer needs.
•Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
•Ensure tasks and processes are completed according to AudioNova and authority standards and guidelines.
•Actively participate in improvements proposed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Support Office (e.g., process improvements).

•Be able to work independently: plan, organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm approach even under pressure.
•Have Swedish and English proficiency (spoken and written) and be comfortable using Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
