Serve as the operating partner to the CEO and the connective tissue across leadership. You’ll help the company make the most important decisions faster by synthesizing information into clear recommendations, driving cross-functional priorities to completion, and turning planning and OKR rhythms into repeatable systems. Ensure leadership meetings operate as decision forums, and help initiatives spanning engineering, operations, product, finance, and people actually ship—so the CEO is fully leveraged.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate as the CEO’s partner and connective tissue across the leadership team, making the most important decisions faster and better.
•Keep leadership executing against shared priorities by driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
•Turn operating rhythms (OKRs, planning cadence, metrics, reviews, communication) into durable, repeatable systems.
•Make leadership meetings decision forums rather than status updates, resolving conflict earlier.
•Synthesize information into clear tradeoffs and recommendations so high-quality decisions are ready when needed.

Salary: USD 230,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in fast-moving operator roles (Chief of Staff, strategy & operations, top-tier consulting, investing paired with operating, or a founding role).
•Experience driving cross-functional initiatives to completion in environments with technical and operational complexity.
•Track record running planning and prioritization processes (OKRs, quarterly planning, or equivalent) adopted by leadership.
•Exceptional written communication, able to produce decision memos, board updates, and all-hands narratives quickly.
•Willing and able to work in-person at the San Carlos office.
