Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop polished, cohesive, user-friendly applications for large and complex aviation-related systems.
  • •Estimate story points and tasks, participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement, and confirm code and acceptance tests match desired functionality.
  • •Raise and track technical/operational/personal impediments and risks, and update task status and remaining effort daily.
  • •Design for testability and evolve the system to support test automation; deliver working software aligned to quality standards.
  • •Work toward Team PI Objectives and iteration plans, including prototyping and evaluating technical feasibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop full-stack applications with Java 8+ (Core/Advanced), Spring Boot 3.x, Angular 12, and modern web UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS).
  • •Have hands-on experience with message brokers; knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ is required for asynchronous, event-driven integrations and high availability.
  • •Work with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure, and understand CI/CD build/deployment best practices.
  • •Write unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest) and debug/test JavaScript effectively using browser developer tools and testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • •Use version control with Git, and integrate with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) plus build tooling such as Maven, Gradle, and Shell scripting.
