Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the life-cycle of contracts from requests from Business Development for new contracts, to variations/amendments.
  • •Ensure the correct information is included in contracts and the correct format/template is used, with any options on Standard Issues correctly selected.
  • •Aid legal counsel in deploying know-how and information to different stakeholders within the company.
  • •Manage, aid implementation of, and monitor the use of contract execution system and storage, and any developments made to it (using technology and/or processes).
  • •Act as liaison and chase any missing information, responses, input, decisions required from BD or Operational team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in business, law, or related field.
  • •Any experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
  • •Experience with government contracting is advantageous.
