Lead the Workspace Engineering India team, driving an architectural transformation and AI-first development culture for Salesforce Workspaces. Own roadmap execution across Salesforce Workspaces, Remote Build Execution, FTC Web, and agentic developer workspaces. Guide hybrid human-AI workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP-powered agents, while partnering with product, architecture, and quality to deliver mission-critical developer platform capabilities. Manage, mentor, and grow a Hyderabad team of 12+ engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion and operationalize AI-driven development practices across the team, including tool adoption and AI enablement initiatives.
•Drive platform and product leadership for Salesforce Workspaces, Remote Build Execution, FTC Web, and agentic workspaces roadmap execution.
•Lead through FKP Control Loop migration (legacy VM to Kubernetes-native) and Default Remote Execution rollout to 1,500+ developers.
•Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 12+ engineers in Hyderabad with end-to-end ownership.
•Enforce agile best practices, lead observability and incident response, and drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of engineering management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Proven track record leading distributed platform or developer tools teams with end-to-end ownership.
•Demonstrated experience as the senior engineering voice for an autonomous, cross-timezone team.
•Strong grounding in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/FKP).
•Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI-native development tools (LLM integrations, agent orchestration, MCP frameworks).
