Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct site operations for GBE Products and support world-class integrated supply chain operations.
  • •Monitor and support health and safety programs to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.
  • •Assess operational issues, measure progress with KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • •Optimize cost, delivery, and quality through continuous improvement projects using Kaizen and Lean technologies.
  • •Lead deployment of Honeywell Operating System principles, drive Lean and Six Sigma culture, and develop a high-performance site team with succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, including 5 years managing site operations leadership across supply chain functions.
  • •Experience managing safety operations and health & safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • •Lean expert or Black Belt experience, with knowledge of world-class manufacturing systems and continuous improvement.
  • •Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • •Ability to lead and influence stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and drive change while developing people and succession.
