Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional client service and uphold Perfect Client Experience (PCE).
  • •Build, nurture, and expand relationships with clients, prospects, bank relationship managers, and senior management to drive referrals and sales.
  • •Develop and manage a designated territory through travel, field sales calls, market visits, and industry event participation.
  • •Meet or exceed sales goals through disciplined calling efforts and accountability for sales objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • •7 years of demonstrated success selling equipment lease and loan products (preferred).
  • •Capability managing a large territory with multiple banking partners.
  • •Excellent verbal and email communication plus strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and prospecting databases (preferred).
