Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, manage, and validate high-performance storage infrastructure in AI Factory Linux-based environments.
  • •Serve as a domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
  • •Create handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
  • •Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve storage and infrastructure issues encountered by customers as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years providing support, deployment, and validation for hardware and software-based storage products.
  • •Expertise with storage concepts and technologies including SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RMDA (RoCEv2/InfiniBand).
  • •Experience with storage benchmarking tools including FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage.
  • •Proficiency in Linux system administration plus scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) for automation and performance optimization.
