Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain internal controls by assisting with development and documentation of processes and policies.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate recording and maintenance of financial information, including journal entries, cash clearing, recharge accounts, and GL account reconciliations.
  • •Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other assigned general ledger accounts.
  • •Execute testing around financial controls to provide documentation and support for SOX compliance; support external audits with timely, accurate information.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for companywide reporting, analysis, and planning; lead process improvements and independently research, track, and resolve reconciling items.

Key Requirements

  • •Five years’ post-graduate experience in a corporate accounting function is mandatory.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards.
  • •CPA or working towards certification is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • •Experience utilizing MS D365 or similar ERP system is preferred.
