Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and intelligence/positioning for the Army account and develop/manage account plans to achieve annual targets.
  • •Build and maintain an opportunities pipeline, set opportunity targets, and coordinate with business line leaders to negotiate goals.
  • •Provide weekly pursuit support, manage Salesforce pipeline updates, and ensure capture plans for major pursuits while supporting teaming and negotiations.
  • •Monitor account and program/project performance, keep situational awareness of bookings vs. projections, and lead monthly proposal and CPAR-related reviews.
  • •Lead and manage key client relationships, oversee X-sell opportunities and corrective actions, and serve as an ombudsman to de-conflict conflicts of interest and ensure compliance (including FAR and JV board involvement).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related disciplines aligned to AECOM’s Business Lines.
  • •15+ years’ experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
  • •6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth consultative selling, outstanding communication, expert negotiation, and strong project management for complex, multi-unit deals; CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
