Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Manage deliverables for moderate complexity projects with multiple SKUs, ensuring timely approvals and KPI tracking for product specifications.
•Own SKU deliverables including BOMs, drawings, rating plate stickers, DPAP approvals, golden machine sign-offs, and engineering build samples.
•Coordinate build plans, prototype requests, and material allocation with workshop and contract manufacturers to align with project strategy.
•Prepare and manage trackers such as resin master lists and OPEX estimation/planning to support budgeting and reporting.
•Support verification/validation testing by coordinating sample delivery and aligning with test plans, and publish progress reports while escalating risks/issues.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of new product development, product lifecycle, SKU range, and business processes, including engineering drawings, BOMs, and product specifications.
•Ability to recreate and modify SKU BOMs and drawings based on design, specification, and manufacturing process changes.
•Proficient in tracking, tracing, and reporting project progress and risks to leadership and management teams.
•Operate tools including Teamcenter, Siemens NX, Ariba, Bartender Designer, and Microsoft Office for daily tasks.
•Balance project priorities and deliverables across multiple projects, solutions, and teams.
