Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the production planning team and ensure success in fulfilling orders by leveling production capacity and optimizing inventory.
  • •Drive KPI achievement, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and report daily and monthly operations results.
  • •Own long-term production capacity planning and maintain the MPS (master production schedule).
  • •Lead the monthly SIOP supply review and control DOH for WIP, finished products, and semi-finished products.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives, NPI projects, ECN management and implementation, and review business processes and outcomes for order management and shop floor control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Familiar with ERP systems and 6–10 years of planning management experience.
  • •Experience developing and implementing WBS, master schedules, risk analysis, and change management procedures.
  • •Solid knowledge of ERP and SAP PTP and RTC modules, including long- and short-term production planning and inventory management.
  • •Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
