Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute Imaging growth strategy across OEMs, DoD PEOs, the Intelligence Community, federal agencies, FFRDCs/UARCs, and international partners.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities and resolve program issues.
  • •Lead expansion of the Imaging portfolio across U.S. and allied services and agencies for advanced infrared, optical, laser, threat tracking, and seeker technologies.
  • •Partner with customers to identify and develop disruptive technologies that deliver operational advantage at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead the Imaging Growth team across business development, account management, and mission operations to deliver financial performance metrics.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, image processing, missile tracking, or related capabilities.
  • •Proven leadership experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with FFRDCs, UARCs, PEOs, OEMs, federal agencies, and/or Combatant Commands.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and work across technology, programs, processes, problems, and customer nuance.
  • •Willingness to relocate to Waltham, MA or nearby area and travel up to 50%.
