Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain equipment and facilities to keep operations safe and productive, supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability.
  • •Execute planned and unplanned maintenance, including preventative maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and equipment rebuilds.
  • •Perform repairs and installation, including fabrication or modification of machines, tools, or equipment for new or improved products.
  • •Document planned/unplanned work findings and data during shifts via SAP, and resolve equipment breakdowns.
  • •Diagnose and prevent repeat failures using root cause analysis (RCA), break down failure analysis (BDA), and predictive maintenance technologies.

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
  • •Some college or formal technical school education preferred (not required).
