Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive flawless fab-wide operational execution during C and D shifts and hold full accountability for Fab performance during Wed–Sat.
  • •Report directly to the Operations Manager and manage technical dependencies in a high-volume 300mm cleanroom environment.
  • •Maximize throughput by synchronizing critical planned maintenance and managing complex WIP (Work in Progress) patterns.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and production stability.
  • •Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring uncompromising operational execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Operations Research, or a related Systems/Manufacturing field.
  • •4 years of experience within a high volume manufacturing semiconductor fab.
  • •3 years of experience managing, leading, supervising a team.
  • •Strong foundation in throughput optimization, flow management, and complex systems coordination.
  • •Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
