Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery.
  • •Provide operational oversight and functional leadership for warehouse activities aligned to logistics and customer service objectives.
  • •Manage relationships with transport providers, carriers, and 3PL partners, including performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics service levels, efficiency, and cost performance, including logistics optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  • •Coordinate resolution of delivery issues and customer complaints, and support carrier selection and logistics tender processes while monitoring logistics costs and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in transportation, distribution, and warehouse management.
  • •Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP and Warehouse Management Systems; Mantis WMS is an advantage.
  • •Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Strong leadership and people-management skills, with strong analytical/problem-solving and communication abilities; English proficiency required.
